Shipping & Returns

Shipping to Sweden

We offer free shipping and free returns on all orders above SEK 1000. Within Sweden we ship with PostNord. Delivery time: 1-3 business days. After placing an order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Your order is delivered to your local delivery point and information regarding your package is sent from PostNord. Please note: Delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays due to availability, sale periods or payment authorization are not taken into account.

 

EU & International Shipping

We offer free shipping and free returns on International orders above €100 or $100 for the US. If you wish to place an order from within the EU or internationally, we use PayPal as a payment method and DHL Express as our shipment partner. All orders are processed and delivered within 3-5 business days. After placing an order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Please note: Delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays due to availability, sale periods or payment authorization are not taken into account.

 

Free returns

Items need to be unworn in their original condition, with all tags attached. The items need to be sent within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, swimwear are non-returnable.

 

How to return your order in Sweden
  • Please notify us using customercare@nikolajdetoiles.com
  • Place the item in its original condition, with all tags attached, in the original box with the original protective packaging & remember to include the Delivery Note.
  • Hand in your return to the nearest PostNord pickup point.

 

How to return your order within the EU & internationally
  • Please notify us using customercare@nikolajdetoiles.com with the subject line “RETURN” followed by your order number, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with instructions on what to do next.
  • Place the item in its original condition, with all tags attached, in the original box with the original protective packaging & remember to include the Delivery Note.

 

Refunds

As soon as we have received your return – we will make the refund. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the money to arrive into your bank account depending on chosen payment method.

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot administrate exchanges online. If you want to make an exchange, please return the item/items and place a new order. You will not need to pay another shipment fee on you next order following upon an exchange.

 

Defective items

If you receive an item that you think is defected or has a production error, please contact us at customercare@nikolajdetoiles.com and we will help you out.

 

Shipping delays

We are handling all orders as fast as possible. Please note that orders are being processed during business hours.

 

Uncollected packages

We reserve the right to charge the costumer for the cost of shipping fees for uncollected packages. The amount will be deducted from the order upon the return of the order handled by us.
